my habits aren't syncing
deskip syncs through your iCloud. Check that you're signed into iCloud on both devices and that iCloud is enabled for deskip in Settings. Sync is usually quick but can take a few minutes after a fresh install.
i bought plus on my old phone
deskip plus is tied to your Apple ID, not the device. On the new phone, open settings inside the app and tap restore beneath the plus card.
reminders aren't arriving
Make sure notifications are allowed for deskip in iOS Settings, and that the habit has a reminder window set (the small clock at the end of the weekday row when creating or editing). deskip only nudges inside that window, and stops the moment the day is done.
i want my data out
Your data is yours and it lives in your iCloud. Deleting the app and its iCloud data in Settings removes every trace - there is no server-side copy to chase.
